Our Story — The Heart Behind It All
The Hearts of Ellion is the living heartbeat of our foundation, a home created out of love and calling.
Here, we welcome children aged 2 to 5, 80% of whom live with disabilities or special needs and 20% from backgrounds of extreme poverty.
More than a shelter, it’s a family, a place where every child is known by name, nurtured in faith, and given the chance to grow in joy and confidence.From daily care and learning to therapy, play, and spiritual nourishment, our goal is simple, to give each child the dignity of belonging and the hope of a future.

Where Care Meets Education
Each child who finds a home at Hearts of Ellion becomes part of a journey that continues beyond our walls.
Through our partnership with Ellion Crest Academy, children from the home receive full scholarships through our Donor Connect Program which works hand in hand with he hears of Ellion program to continue their education in an environment that understands their needs and celebrates their potential.
This bridge between home and academy ensures that no child is left behind, not in care, not in learning, and not in love.
The Smart Minds Donor Connect Program
The Smart Minds Donor Connect Program was born from a simple truth that every child deserves the chance to learn, to grow, and to dream without limits.
What begins at Hearts of Ellion, our home for young children, continues through this program as we connect their stories and the stories of other vulnerable youth with compassionate sponsors and donors.
Through Donor Connect, each child in our care receives full sponsorship to continue their education at Ellion Crest Academy, ensuring that love, learning, and dignity remain constant as they grow. But the journey doesn’t end there.
This initiative also extends to gifted and determined youth across communities, especially those living with disabilities or coming from backgrounds of deep poverty, who show promise and potential.
By linking them with donors, we help these young men and women pursue secondary and university education, unlocking their talents and giving them the tools to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
Donor Connect is more than sponsorship, it’s a bridge of compassion. It’s where hearts meet opportunity, where dreams find direction, and where education becomes an act of love.
